Our Leadership
Freddy Aird, CEO
Freddy Aird is the CEO and founder of Stratajam LLC based in Texas, USA. He has a record of implementing state-of-the-art technologies at mining operations to pursue continuous improvement. His experience across diverse technology, cultural, and environmental landscapes led him to pursue new technologies that are affordable, transferable, and accessible to all participants in the mining industry. Freddy has geology and mining qualifications, an MSc degree in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, USA, and an EMBA from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. He holds the PG license, the PMP certification, and owns multiple Patents. He is supported by a responsible and highly skilled Advisory Board comprising of high achievers in a cross section of industries.
Freddy volunteered at the Salvation Army and Meals and Wheels in Texas. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates of Central Texas, Inc. The organization provides high quality, best interest advocacy for children and youth in the child welfare system.
